Recommended Use:

Add 15 g (one slightly rounded scoop) to 350 - 450 ml cold water (or beverage of your choice) in a shaker or water bottle and shake well to blend. Allow 30 - 60 seconds for any foaming to disperse and then consume during and/or after training. An additional serving can be taken after strenuous sessions to further suppport and promote recovery. Alternatively use as recommended by your fitness or nutritional advisor.
