HOW TO USE:

As a food supplement, add 40g (appriximately 4 level scoops) to 250 - 300ml of cold water, almond milk or fat-free milk in a shaker. Shake well until a smooth and creamy texture is acheived. Blending can significantly enhance mouth feel; if you want your shake to be even smoother and creamier, combine ingredients using a blender. If your shake is too thick, simply add more liquid. Using almond or dairy milk instead of water acheives a creamier and tastier end result.
